Emerald Paving, Inc. was established in 1983 as a specialty-paving contractor. Over the years Emerald has developed the reputation for being the premier Tennis Court builder in the Northwest as well as the contractor to call for high-end residential paving. We also provide clients with a wide range of service from patching to complete design and construction of parking lots. Our team of sub-contractors we use for work not provided by our crews are hand picked for their quality workmanship, attention to detail and service.

In 1993 Emerald became the first licensed contractor in the United States to start installing a new product called "StreetPrint®" pavement texturing. StreetPrint® is a method of imprinting asphalt to replicate hand laid brick or cobblestone. StreetPrint® has evolved to become the best and most cost-effective decorative paving process on the market today.

Emerald Paving, Inc. is a member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and the Master Builders of King and Snohomish Counties.

Emerald Paving, Inc. has been a member of the Associated General Contractors Safety Team since 1990 with awards for being in the elite top twenty-five with the lowest Labor and Industry modifier.
